With These Hands, Inc., is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide
families who have experienced catastrophic illnesses or accidents with resources,
in order to assist with expenses that might not be covered by governmental and
medical institutions or insurance. We also offer support groups for participants
and their caregivers.

Why....
Since experiencing the emotional turmoil of her daughter Noël’s fight with a rare form of brain cancer, Teresa has seen first-hand the gaps in care for patients in need of help with rehabilitation and related expenses in her family’s fight to return her daughter to total and complete health.
This has spurred her desire to broaden the scope of With These Hands, Inc. to include and even focus on providing resources to families who have fallen in the gap between governmental/medical institutions and total rehabilitation.
GAP STANDERS
We can stand in a gap with a sword in our hands to defend and protect the vulnerable. We clasp our hands together to span a gap. We can extend our hands to care for and lift up those that have fallen in a gap. With our hands we can give financially; because the comfort that having basic needs met, while in the midst of the struggle, warms the soul, encourages the heart and gives hope to the mind and body. Then we can stand and applaud the strength, the courage and the love that we have witnessed… WITH THESE HANDS.
HOW WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Join one of our Support Groups! We offer Zoom groups in two categories that are specifically designed to offer hope and encouragement to participants and the family members that care for them.
We also offer support groups for families dealing with a family member struggling with various addictions.
You can nominate a person or family to receive financial assistance with costs associated with in-home patient care and supplies that are not covered by their medical insurance. Financial support may also be available for travel and food expenses related to extended hospital stays for family members.
